How It Works

Gentle, steady pressure, like a snug hug.

The vest wraps around your puppy's chest and sides, the same idea behind swaddling a baby or a firm hug. Many owners find it helps their puppy settle.

To start:

  1. Put it on during a quiet moment, not mid-panic.
  2. Add a treat and keep the first fit short.
  3. Build up wear time slowly, and use it on easy days too.

It's a comfort tool, not a cure. For serious or ongoing anxiety, talk to your vet or a trainer.

Sizing & Fit

Snug, never restrictive.

How to measure: Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your puppy's chest, just behind the front legs. Match it to the size chart below.

Fit check:

  • You should be able to slide two fingers under the vest.
  • Your puppy should move, sit and lie down comfortably.
  • If they seem distressed, take it off and try again later.

Between sizes? Message us and we'll help you pick. Puppies grow fast, so measure again every few weeks.

Safety & Care

Safe, simple and easy to care for.

  • Supervised wear: Use while you're home or nearby.
  • Wear time: Start with short sessions and build up.
  • Remove it if your puppy seems distressed, overheated or uncomfortable.
  • Washing: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Mild detergent, no bleach. Air dry.
  • Check the fit every few weeks as your puppy grows.

30-Day Guarantee

30-day fit and comfort guarantee: [Confirm policy] If the vest doesn't fit your puppy, we'll make it right. [Insert exact return/exchange terms]

WHEN ALONE TIME FEELS HARD

The Moment You Leave Can Feel Like A Lot For A New Puppy

Your puppy has just entered a whole new world—and suddenly, the person they’ve been following everywhere is walking out the door. The crying, pacing, whining, or struggling to settle can make those first moments apart incredibly difficult. And as a new puppy parent, it’s natural to wonder, “Will they grow out of this, or will it get harder over time?”

Comfort Without Overcomplicating Things

A Gentle Hug For Their Tougher Moments

PuppySqueeze wraps comfortably around your puppy's chest and sides, applying gentle, consistent pressure around the torso.

The idea is simple:

A snug, comforting feeling can help some puppies feel more secure while they settle.

It's not about forcing your puppy to be calm.

It's about giving them a little extra physical comfort while they're learning how to handle new situations.

frequently answered questions

 Got Questions? We've Got Answers

What age can my puppy wear it?

Most puppies can wear it once they fit the smallest size. If your puppy is very young or tiny, check with your vet first.

Can my puppy wear it overnight or in the crate?

We recommend supervised wear only, so we don't suggest leaving it on overnight or when you're out. Use it during settling time and short alone-time practice while you're home or nearby.

How long should they wear it each day?

Start with 10 to 15 minutes, then build up slowly. Take it off for breaks, especially if your puppy seems warm or restless.

My puppy hates it at first. What do I do?

Take it off, and try again later with treats and no pressure. Put it on during a quiet moment, never mid-panic. If your puppy still refuses after a few tries, reach out to us.

See how PuppySqueeze has become a comforting part of everyday puppy moments.

    Pleasantly surprised

I was extremely skeptical about whether this thing would work for my dog. I own a Shiba Inu that is just anxiety incarnate. And in the device’s credit, when I put it on, he did calm down a bit during a thunderstorm.

    Absolutely worth every penny!

We have a 2 year old beagle that we rescued a few months ago. She has terrible separation anxiety and whenever we return home, she jumps and licks us to no end. We have had this thunder shirt on her for one day and already we are noticing that she is calmer.

    Works great

They have been wearing these along with the collars for two months now. I don’t know what’s in this stuff but they actually work. These two are always on their best behavior with each other now. They don’t pull them off like they do other doggy clothing. They wear them unless I am giving them a bath.
